CLEAR INFORMATION. CONSIDERED CHOICES.
Your information, explained.
How this website handles text enquiries, contact information and the WhatsApp handoff you choose to use.
1. Who to contact
TranslateWala is the brand presented on this website. For a privacy question or a request concerning information you submitted, contact support@translatewala.in. The related India-facing brand website is TranslateWala.in.
2. Direct WhatsApp conversations
You can start a conversation without completing a website form. WhatsApp buttons use a link to the verified business number and may prepare a message about the service, country, language or package you selected.
Opening a link does not automatically send the message. You review it and choose whether to press Send in WhatsApp. Once you use WhatsApp, that service’s own terms and privacy practices also apply.
3. The optional project-brief form
If you choose to prepare a structured brief, the website records your name, email address, optional organization, selected service, target market, relevant language pair, project description, optional deadline and consent. It also records a reference number, a random submission identifier, the form language and a timestamp.
This is a text-only project enquiry. Keep sensitive personal, medical, identity, payment and financial details out of the initial description. The form is optional; the direct WhatsApp links remain available without it.
4. Why the brief is saved
The details are stored in the application’s PostgreSQL database to preserve your project requirements and provide a reference. The confirmation screen prepares a message that you may choose to share through WhatsApp or your email application.
Saving the brief does not automatically send an email or WhatsApp message to staff. Use the explicit handoff button to contact the team. Submitting a brief does not subscribe you to marketing or create a payment obligation.
5. Technical information and abuse prevention
The application stores hashed identifiers derived from the reported network address and email address to limit repeated submissions. These are used for abuse prevention, not advertising. The application also performs validation, request-size checks and origin checks.
No public enquiry-listing endpoint is provided. Hosting infrastructure may separately maintain access logs; its access controls and retention settings must be reviewed as part of deployment.
6. External services and website assets
WhatsApp, email applications and linked social platforms operate under their own terms. The website does not send your brief to those services in the background. You initiate the handoff yourself.
The website’s fonts and editorial images are served locally by the application. No advertising pixels, analytics SDKs, marketing cookies or third-party chat widgets are currently installed.
7. Retention, access and deletion
Project briefs and rate-limit records are stored in the configured application database. An automatic retention or deletion job is not currently scheduled. Before public launch, the operator must approve retention periods, authorized access, backups, deletion procedures and any applicable cross-border transfer arrangements.
For an access, correction or deletion request, email the published contact and include your project reference. Do not send additional sensitive information. Appropriate identity verification may be needed, subject to applicable law.
8. Your choices and changes to this notice
You may choose not to use the brief form, contact the business directly, or ask about information you previously submitted. Applicable statutory rights depend on your location and the final operating arrangements.
This notice must be reviewed whenever the website’s enquiry processing, integrations, retention or analytics arrangements change. See also the Terms & Conditions.
